![]() After enjoying the sound of the water feature we were soothed and headed down Folsom BLVD to Archival Framing for a super sexy nudes and costumed art super heroes exposition on Mel Ramos. It was playboytastic and we were thankful that no one was wearing a robe. Shimo center for the arts was next. interesting modern building had always interested me from the freeway. Bonus was they had pot stickers We decided to make the rounds for Second Saturday to get cultured and have some finger food. We first roved around a bit early and the first gallery wasn't even open so we hightailed it to the next on our short list. We have always wanted to visit the FE gallery. We both love ornamental iron and they did not disappoint. They had a great old National cash register out back. ![]() On our way to see more art something strange happened. As we started to head into the heart of Midtown we were accosted on all sides of the road by drunken leprechauns. Twas the Saturday before St Pattys so the green monsters were taking over and stumbling, and weaving into traffic. So before a green shirted bro with F@#K me I'm Irish button accidentally jumped into my windshield we got the hell out of there and called off our trip but Suzie called. We got all googied pulling into Suzie Burger with the ex Orbit gas station. With all the Second Saturday fee finger food we weren't that hungry. But it was unseasonably warm out so a shake sounded great. Grabbing a shake with your sweetie is always a great date night plan. But, it's always better if you own a truck and sit on the tailgate. I quickly took a seat real close after taking this picture. BTW. it was chocolate. Ghirardelli Chocolate!
