The Parlor is on Fair Oaks and Fulton tucked into a shopping center that has the temple on the corner. Nice little shop serving up ice cream with a twist. You can put it into the center of a donut and then they press the donut to heat up and re seal it so it becomes an ice cream sandwich inside a donut. Hello blood sugar spike.

They have a nice old timey stencil on the window that you can take a picture through and post on Instagram to share. Nice marketing guys!!!!!
